Our winner

On the evening of the 26th of April the time had finally come - the nominees, the jury and supporters as well as renowned guests from politics, science and industry met for the IFOY AWARD Night 2019, which was celebrated this year in the Hofburg in Vienna. Thanks to the cooperation with LOGISTIK.Kurier and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, the award ceremony took place for the first time during the gala event of the HERMES Verkehrs.Logistik.Preis.

STILL continued its winning streak at the IFOY Award and received one of the coveted intralogistics trophies - in the category "AGV & Intralogistics Robot".

An industry Oscar went to the automated electric tug LTX 50 in combination with LiftRunner frame with automatic loading and unloading function. For the first time, the solution automatically handles the transport and handling of loads up to 1,200 kg per trailer. Used as a tugger train, the forward-looking LTX 50 tow tractor tows trailers through the production facilities with a total weight of up to 5,000 kg.

Tugger train with LTX 50

The most important innovation of the automated LiftRunner with LTX 50 is the combination of automated driving and automated load handling for different container sizes. So far, either only automated driving or automated load handling was possible, but not a combination of both. In addition, the LTX 50 tow tractor tows trailers with a total weight of up to 5,000 kilos through the production lines.

Review: The IFOY Award 2018

Last year, STILL won the race with the RX 20, securing the coveted award for the fifth time since the first IFOY award in 2013.

STILL LiftRunner® C-Rahmen

In modern and lean production logistics, tugger trains for an efficient material flow have become indispensable. The STILL LiftRunner® C-frame was developed for the automatic loading and unloading of oversized load carriers with a weight of up to 2 tons.
